BuyBooksontheWeb.com, author TLO Red'ness' long awaited
and much anticipated "Bad Apples Can Be Good Fruit" is
now available for purchase.
The riveting drama features Cheryl, a woman who
mirrors the author, with secrets to tell. Cheryl expects
a new life with a man, who on the surface, appears to be
a total "night in shining amour." While she has her own
skeletons in the closet, she soon finds that her new
boyfriend has his own bubbles fizzling in the wine
cellar. After a terrifying ordeal, Cheryl must really
come to grips with the ghosts who haunt her in order to
embrace the future.
In addition to the availability of the novel, casting
will begin on the mini-movie version of "Bad Apples Can
Be Good Fruit" in January, 2008. The 30-minute
mini-movie will be directed by David Kanavel and
produced by Elite Film Productions, an undisclosed film
company in South Korea and Casting. Open casting begins
in January of 2008 with a productions schedule resuming
in spring 2008. Actors and crew may submit head shots
and resumes to elite_productions @ hotmail.com.
Author TLO Red'ness, also known as Terri V. Donald,
is a combat photographer specialist for the United
States Army, is a multi-platinum songwriter with songs
like "Informer" performed by Snow to her credit, and is
now an aspiring new author. She sprinkled her own
never-before-told intimacies into her unraveling tale as
told in "Bad Apples Can Be Good Fruit." Part
non-fiction, TLO's own experiences are interwoven into
the narrative of the story.
"Although I am the creative mind behind the
characters, I never thought that my own past would be
intertwined with Cheryl's to end up in 'Bad Apples Can
Be Good Fruit,'" TLO explained. "Book reviewers are
often rocked by the turns and twists of the book and
will ask which parts are fantasies and which parts
actually happened. It's the little secrets that are
mine; the big secret is the figment of my imagination."
TLO Red'ness is currently working a sequel, "Cheryl's
Web," scheduled to hit the presses next fall.
