fast paced mystery adventure that has become an instant hit with
kids of all ages. 'The Misadventures Of Inspector Moustachio
- The Case Of Stolen Time' was selected as a 2007 RIF
(Reading Is Fundamental) Booklist Pick! Children, parents,
educators and librarians LOVE this book!
In 'The Misadventures
Of Inspector Moustachio - The Case Of Stolen Time', Jake is
joined by his eight year old sister Alexa and their crazy cat
Rex. The young detectives must search for clues and use their
keen detective skills to find out who has stolen 'The Bell of
Time'.
In a recent interview the
author says, "The theme of the Moustachio's series is the
power to believe. The most important message I want children to
get after reading the series is that they have in themselves the
power to do anything in life. Like the characters, no obstacle
is too big and no problem is left unsolved. The Inspector
Moustachio series is written intelligently; it doesn't pander to
children. It makes them think. And it's a blast to read. Each
book is a stand alone mystery with clues dropped into each story
that the reader has to gather up in order to solve the overall
mystery that travels through the entire series."
Amusing and delightful
characters combine with an original and creative storyline to
make 'The Misadventures Of Inspector Moustachio - The Case Of
Stolen Time' the adventure of the year.
