The Time Travelers is a cross between Michael Crichton and H. G.
Wells with a little influence of Stephen Spielberg's "Close
Encounters of the Third Kind."
Dr. Michael
Kendall, is the head scientist for a research project for a new
energy invention. He is the main character and is abducted by a UFO
of time travelers.
The ironic and interesting part of the story is that these time
travelers have a mission and their mission is to save Michael and
his project. In a recent interview the author says, "Well, it's
about an inventor, abducted by four Time Travelers who take him on a
trip to the unknown or the future, there mission to save his
invention. They tell their stories, and yes that of an amazing UFO
or space saucer. They must retrieve a key that opens a chamber that
Mike must enter and have an experience. There will be a fight with
an assassin to retrieve it. Then, Michael finally has an experience
I call "The Ohm experience". Then after, a battle will happen so to
get Michael home, and start the accelerator on his invention. That
will one day take humankind into a new age of living. As a youth I
was always open to whatever interpretation of UFO and aliens, or
what have you there are. I mean there are a lot of great movies, and
books of course. But in scope of how I came up with the theory of
the UFO the "Light Bridge" is purely projected out of my head, with
questions I always have asked myself about the unknown. It was
magical writing its story."
The Time Travelers is well written and original. The plot and
character development is well done. David King, the author, has
easily established himself with a sold first novel.
While reading Time Travelers I asked myself many questions. Is there
life on other planets? If so can we communicate with them? Is Time
Travel possible? This is a book that makes anything possible. The
author says, " People should buy a copy of my book, for the Ohm
Experience. This, and the message of hope for a better and safer
world of tomorrow alone, is worth the read. If you are looking for a
story with action, humor, and a great journey to the heavens and the
unknown, than my book is for you."

Author: My Name is David Kind, I was Born October 2, 1965 El
Paso, Texas, Attended,
Sharps town High 1986, Art institure1989, and graduated from a
Southland Travel academy 1998. I have worked as a corporate
travel counselor for now coming up on ten years. This would
really be saying too little about myself, I will start by making
a statement, “I believe in my heart I have been blessed. I have
no big degrees, all my knowledge is from my life experiences,
and I only want people to perceive me as humble and hard
working.”
Let me tell you a little history of me. I moved to Houston,
Texas when I was six years old after my father died in Car
accident. I had just had my last operations on my legs, the
first blessing of my life, my club footed legs that were fixed
by a charitable Doctor. This was the first move of many to come
in my life. I always was happy kid and a likeable sort. I was
very active as most young kids. Oh yes, I loved television,
movies, and books just like everyone else. A good kid would be a
fare description of myself, a little selfish too, and that’s
what I thinks as a teen is how it all changed.
My teens and my twenties I learned the loss of innocents and
traded it in for compulsive behavior, which would in time, would
take me down. See, to be honest this actor of life as followed
many paths and has experienced ups and downs just like most
people. I don’t want to bore people or make them feel sorry for
me. I made my bed and sacrificed to get to that part of the
journey I am at today. I will say I stay positive and live life
just a day at a time. For whatever I do in my writing, or life
is because I only truly want the best for everyone, and to be
happy myself. I am gentleman, true, and full of good intentions
in all my actions. My thirties I got my life together. I
currently reside in Arizona.
My story today is a project I outlined and worked on in my head
for a number of years “The Time Travelers.” See I always felt I
would write a book one day, and I always loved being creative,
and my affection to all the great entertainment in general,
great movies, of all the past and present. Years ago I had a
dream. I worked an outline of my story from that dream, adding
new characters. And using, my experiences in my life to make it
magical. I have ended up publishing it now, because I honestly
need money. Some will say I am in it for that alone, I would
say, “I need dental work on my mouth, I can’t afford it, and
maybe a best seller will help.” I published this book myself in
hopes that someone out there will see what I see in this story.
This in my mind is all I think about these days. I live in
humble apartment, I have little, but what I have is all mines. I
am not a King in real life. I am defiantly in dept and I work
very hard as a travel counselor. I only inspire, to have all my
dreams come true. I am aware this book, my never be a hit, or
people won’t see the story of a witty, hopeful journey into
time, and for what it’s worth, I can accept that today. However
you may never know, because from my experience I have learned,
that anything is possible.
Finally, when as I look back as I do on my life, and going
forward. I have a perception of what a wonderful world we live
in, and how we are all witness to all the blessing in it. Today
at this moment I have an over whelming sense of accomplishment
in just being alive, little alone a published author. I know one
day many in the future will enjoy this story. My only hope is
that, this is just the beginning of something wonderful, and may
I have more adventures ahead, and many more stories to tell.
